You didn’t think that I only decorated our mantel for Valentine’s Day, did you? You can find that post here.
Since I love to create tablescapes, I of course also put something fun together for our table.
Valentine’s Day Tablescape With Vintage Teacups
Decorating for Valentine’s Day is kind of easy with all of the flowery, romantic teacups and other vintage dishes I own.
What was hard was picking just four vintage teacups from my collection.
I used one of my new vintage finds — the coffee pot — and white chargers I found at Michael’s.
This is what it looked like before I bought all the heart-shaped candy I found at TJMaxx.
The next day I rearranged a few things and took more photographs of the table decorated with the candy and some muffins I made with my son.
Those chargers work perfectly with my vintage placemats and milk glass bowls, and simple red dessert plates.
We were enjoying this table setting for days after I took the pictures — my son especially enjoyed grabbing some candy every time he walked by :)
I hope your Valentine’s Day will be special and romantic and all you want it to be!
