I love to munch on something all day, and I’ve found a new snack that’s actually good for me.
I picked up sun-dried, organic white mulberries the other day at the health food store, and they taste amazing.
They are kind of chewy and sweet like dried cherries, but so much better.
Dried mulberries are rich in vitamin C, iron, and dietary fiber. Best of all, they are full of the antioxidant resveratrol, also known to be present in red wine.
The dried mulberries I bought are raw, vegan, and organic.
I’m so glad to have found another sweet snack that I can grab when I crave Swedish Fish. Don is totally sold on them as well — now I just need to get L to like them :)
