DIY Furniture Makeovers with Paint
Making over your furniture instead of buying new ones has become so easy, especially with chalk paint that doesn’t even require any prep work.
And it’s so much fun! It’s so easy that once you paint one piece, you are looking for the next one you can paint because there is no pre-prep involved.
Chalk paint sticks on any surface — no sanding or anything required.
The first time my mom and I painted a little table, we ended up also painting a dresser right away.
In this post, I’m featuring DIY furniture makeovers with paint that give you a lot of ideas of what is possible with just paint.

This chevron pattern is so beautiful, and all you need is really good painters tape.
Metallic Paint Wash Dresser
I’ve yet to try working with metallic pain, but I can’t wait to try it out after seeing this piece.
Coffee Table Makeover
Seriously, painting with chalk paint is so easy — you’ll want to paint the next piece after you’ve finished one!
Maybe start with a small furniture piece or a frame first to get a feel for using chalk paint, and then graduate to a bigger piece.

Have fun painting!
