Wordless Wednesday — My Pumpkin Playing Soccer

by Dagmar Bleasdale on September 25, 2012

pumpkin patch full of pumpkinsLandon started his second season of soccer a couple of weeks ago. After a great session last Saturday — his little team scored the most goals although they’re all still running around aimlessly and don’t know what they’re doing — I took him to Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard with me.

I had to check on my candles and gift baskets I’m selling in their cute country store, and it was a good excuse to hang out there. I love that place.

Well, two weeks ago they didn’t have the pumpkins out yet, but they arrives and boy, was this place a zoo!

Policemen were helping with traffic, and there must have been 200 cars when there were 20 two weeks before.

We ate the stone oven pizza, Landon played a bit on the play gym, I had a coffee, and then we went home.

Everything else, like the face painting, getting fresh donuts, and the hayride would have take too long to wait for. I’m glad we got that in two weeks ago before the crowds descended. But we’ll be back during the week to pick apples soon.

Are your kids involved in sports this fall?

More Wordless Wednesday hosts to check out: Live and Love Out Loud, Dear Crissy, Project Alicia, Mommy Paradise, Better in Bulk, Jenny Rain, and Verena’s Schoene Welt.

When I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment
is added I recieve four emails with the same comment. There
has to be an easy method you can remove me from that
    service? Appreciate it!

We have police directing traffic at our pumpkin patch too and it makes me laugh. :) These are great pics.
