The crazy thing is that I am a character in a novel — my friend Ilie Ruby likes my name so much that she made it a character in her just-released second novel, The Salt God’s Daughter. We met on Twitter late at night about a year ago and the rest is history.

This certainly beats being part of a salad.

If you want to know what “Dagmar” is up to, buy the book! I just received my copy today and if it’s anything like Ilie’s first one, I won’t be able to put it down. Here is my review of her first amazing novel.
