My Dream Home: White Living Room Decorating Ideas

This is my dream living room:

Not! *shudder* Just wanted to see if you’re paying attention.

I love living rooms that feel comfy and inviting, and my latest obsession is white living rooms. This one is nice, but it needs more color.

I would add a huge, colorful picture above the fireplace, like I did above this old school desk upstairs:

I like the idea of old signs that make a big statement. And that white coffee table is just wonderful and quirky.

This is a cute idea, but you either need to have a lot of little kids in the house to pull this off or friends who don’t mind sitting on kids’ chairs when they come over.

I have a lot of inexpensive ottoman cubes in our house that I push under tables when we don’t need them.

They come in handy when the Bleasdale Clan or friends are visiting. Another plus: they hide a lot of Landon’s toys.
