This
is not my desk. I am a very organized person, I would never let my desk get to such a state.
Okay, I admit, this was my desk — I have subsequently cleaned up my act.
This is where all the magic happens. This tiny desk is where I think of the next clever tweet (notice that, of course, Twitter is open on my computer), and this is where I write almost everything that ends up on my blog. This is where I spend countless hours reading other blogs, leaving comments, answering e-mails.
This is my “A Room of One’s Own.”
I try to keep the kid away from it, but you know how well that goes over. This is the most exiting place in the whole house to Landon. (sigh)

your desk? I have pockets like that all over my house. sigh.
i did not have to finally have to go through the laundry basket of paperwork. i was not motivated to do so because we are moving in 2 weeks.
My desk is about half way between your picture and clean right now…I can never reach 100% clean. sigh. too much paperwork!
You’ll have to let us all know when it gets messy again!

Well, my desk is currently my kitchen table because I have to keep an eye on the little ones, and upstairs in the office/guest room, where there is an actual (and even semi-organized) desk is not an option. You have a room. Bonus!
Ah, my desk is about ten times worse than that, hehe. I’m pretty organized every where else, but when it comes to my desk- I’m a lost cause
That’s cleaner than my desk, lol
Your desk is sooooo much better than mine, even in that state :) I can’t even use mine right now, it’s piled like a foot high with papers and projects.
