I did not forget to set the alarm clock and slept an extra hour this morning. No, that wasn’t me scrambling to get L out of bed, getting myself together, making a quick lunch for L and dressing him. I should feel refreshed after seven hours of consecutive sleep, shouldn’t I? Uh, read on . . .
I did not refer to my sweet son as “demon child” when describing trying to get him in the car seat to my husband. Could this child be anything but an angel?
Yes, he can.
I certainly did not forget that Santa brought a cool fish tent for L. How could I forget that? So he got it this weekend. Not from Santa, he is old news, it just magically appeared out of nowhere. L loves his “whale” tent, since all fishes are whales right now.

It wasn’t me either. The one that met the three little ones and their mama at the door at 4:30 in my housecoat because someone didn’t set the alarm clock. What a way to start the weekend. Oh well, this is a new week, I’m sure wasn’t me will show up sooner or later.
