We all love ice cream, but I was so done spending $3 for one ice cream from the ice cream truck every other day.
I was going broke in the summer just buying ice cream for my son – and we were putting on the pounds.
My son loves a popsicle as much as ice cream, and since I bought ice pop molds, we now make healthy, yummy popsicles at home all the time.
Buying the molds is a no-brainer and great investment for years to come. Plus, my son has fun making them with me!

I cringe at the sight of bright food dyes probably more than most people because I grew up in Germany without them.
You won’t find much food coloring in Germany — I think they don’t allow it in food.
Food dyes not only make food look unnaturally and unnecessarily colorful, they are plain unhealthy.
Food dyes have been linked to cancer, and hyperactivity, plus more and more kids are allergic to food colors.
